My mom is avoiding caffeine these days because of high blood pressure. She's always just gotten regular diet coke at CS in the past, and we were just wondering about whether there is caffeine free at the CS places...and if not caffeine free diet coke, what of the other sodas are caffeine free? :confused3
TIA!

Sprite is always caffeine free. Fanta might be, but you might want to check. Of course so is water!

I believe some of the resort CS restaurants have DCCF, but I don't believe I've ever seen it in the parks or table service restaurants. But then again I don't look for it. Personally, I find the idea of DCCF kind of gross. I mean why not just have water? Too many chemicals for me.

The only low cal/no caffeine option is the Minute Maid Lite Lemonade. It is offered at nearly all the CS. At TS I mostly got water and decaf coffee so I'm not sure.

I also must avoid caffeine. :sad1: Sad, but true.

My first meal at the Poly was at the Kona. :thumbsup2 I asked if they had CFDC. Unfortunately, they did not. But do you know that the CM went over to the Samoa Snacks Shop got a bottle of CFDC for me and brought it over. I was so happy to know that they had the bottles. :cheer2:

From that point on I would buy it there and take it with me. No restaurant that I went into ever said a thing about it. I'm sure that there will be several places in the resports were you can find the bottles. Also, I was able to find the bottles for sale in some of the shops at the parks.

If your mom is like me and absolutely addicted to soda pop, I wouldn't be shy about buying some CF sodas and using a fridge at the resort.

Have fun!

The Fanta orange soda is also caffeine free. Most of the CS have this but typically not CFDC. But a lot of the resort food courts that have a drink station have CFDC.

If you're looking for caffeine and sugar free, then it's pretty hit or miss. A few places have caffeine free diet coke, but most do not. If you only need it to be caffeine free but sugar is ok, then you should always be able to find at least Sprite.

I'm also caffeine free. Fanta orange and Sprite are my soda choices at home and at Disney World. The orange soda might not be available at all places but Sprite is pretty much out there.

we also take those individual packets of powder to mix with a bottle of water. They have sugar free and most except ice tea would be caffeine free. Walmart has a lemon lime one that is equivalent to gatorade and I love it. I think it is called Replenish. My DD's favorite is lemonade. These are great for kids to cut back on sugar/caffeine too. :teeth:

diet coke/caffeine free
some of of the food courts now have them...so glad to see it
i remember a place in MGM, by the playground
keep checking, it is becoming more popular....if not, I go for water (or take
the little packets along that you can pour in water, crystal light has them),
but, fortunately I am a water FANATIC, especially in Florida, in July/Aug.
