Nope, they are not currently serving breakfast.
Table service takes such a chunk out of those early morning hours, when the lines are short and the crowds are low-- except for the occasional character breakfast, which we would do as a brunch AFTER being the park for MM for a couple of hours-- I wouldn't want to take the time for it. There are several counter service that are nice. A lot of people really like the counter service at Tomorrowland Terrace-- good breakfast and reasonably priced. Riverbelle Terrace is another favorite.
Personally, we don't like to take the time for breakfast in the parks. We order groceries for our room, and eat while we're getting ready in the morning. Muffins, cereal to go cups, pop tarts, juice, yogurt, milk, coffee, fruit, breakfast bars-- lots of possibilities, and much less expensive, too. Plus you can take some of it with you and eat it while standing in line at the gates.
