this is where I got the date from. Apparently the date was listed in the app, and has since been removed. I'd heard it mentioned on a facebook group as well.
Maybe they've been delayed...but not sure what they will do with existing bookings...I wonder how much availability there is for end of May and June at this point.

It sounds like they are going to start offering CO along with RB and RDZ in the Fantasmic Dining Package section starting on May 23. I think that means that the first packages that can be booked that way will start 60 days after May 23.

I don't see that. For me, the website and app both say:

It appears to be bookable now. I can't remember what day we want to do it so I didn't continue the booking but it showed up on 2 dates both in May and June.

Thanks for the heads up! Managed to swap my normal reservation on June 22 for the dining package.

Looks like they're going quick, they only had 1 dinner slot left when I booked. Quite a few lunch options though

I swapped mine as well. What a horrible roll out. I'm sure there are going to be people who booked a regular reservation and didn't know about this.

Thank you soooo much for letting us know! I've been checking every morning and it wasn't there this morning. So I just swapped out the regular ressie for the Fantasmic! package.

Was hoping to get different days for some.

So hopeless with bookings aready taken weeks ago. Wonder if I call I could swap my regular booking to a package booking…a
FYI it also doesn’t let you book for 1 person…I’m doing a solo trip…and it wouldn’t show up unless I booked for 2!

Also I have found that you can only book in groups of 2 to 6 people. I was wondering why there were zero packages for 2 people...changed it to 4 and suddenly tons of bookings....

This is an annoying Disney dining thing that I still don't get. It's usually just DH and I so I have to routinely search for 3 people to obtain a reservation. For places like Blue Bayou, it shows extremely limited or no options for parties of 2. My workaround is to book for 3, then modify to 2 in the app. I imagine the same is probably true for bookings of 1.

So lame, Disney! Fix this! Trust me, I spend a lot, even if it's just the two of us

Also, I can't believe the CM tried to gaslight you. Thats so wrong!

It is very common for there to not be availability for one or two. I assume because they only have limited, if any 2 tops and don't want to put people at a 4 tops for and "waste" the other seats.

Anyone know if it's feasible to watch the 4th of July fireworks from the Fantasmic viewing area after first show? Not looking for a perfect view, but wonder if that'd be less chaotic than trying to fight the Main St crowds...

Yes, I watched July 4 fireworks there last year. The projections are on the water screens.
