Cabo Resort Day Pass, booking on our own

We are booking a resort day pass with https://cabosanlucascruiseexcursions.com/ and just had a few questions about Cabo. Is the ship clock the same as local time? We get a watersports activity with this so want to be sure we set it up for the right time. Are water taxis and taxis safe on our own? How early do we need to be back in the port to tender?

Is the ship clock the same as local time?

The clocks on board the ship are always set to local time. As for what time you need to be at the dock to tender? I don't know the answer to that one, sorry
