Anyone ever stayed there? We usually stay at All Stars but due to our family enlarging need a room that can accommodate 6 people!

We have stayed there 3 times before we became members at Boardwalk. We loved the cabins. The kitchen was extremely useful and helped us save money on meals especially breakfast. We also enjoyed having separate bedroom so the kids could go to sleep and we could watch TV and talk. Loved the feeling of privacy too. Very quiet and relaxing. The bus service was very good too.

The cabin was a great home-away-from-home for us. With our children waking up early, they ate breakfast while we enjoyed our coffee. They slept on the bunk bed in our room and we stayed up late to watch TV in the living room. It worked well to have the separate TVs since we travelled w/a family friend and she slept on the murphy (sp) bed in the living room. We even grilled out one evening and saved on the dinner expense. It was a very spacious cabin!

Once you get the hang of the transportation system, it will work well for you. Study the maps carefully!

We loved the boat launch for Magic Kingdom and the campfire/smores w/Chip & Dale.

Great way to do Disney on property!!!!!

We usually stay at FW when our party is larger and needs more space. This is like no campground I ever camped at! It is an oasis in the middle of the the DW Whirl!

Here are some of the great things:
SPACE-KITCHEN-MAID SERVICE-BIG BATHROOM
Petting Zoo, PONIES (I love ponies), Critters
Boat rides, beach (no swimming), BBQ Grills
Hayrides - Horses - Cindy's Ponies (the pony thing again!)
Trails End Buffet
Golf Carts
Walks (lots of nature)

Here are some of the not so great things:
Transportation
The pools are very basic (boring)

We really enjoy it! Take along decorations if you are going for a holiday to decorate your cabin. Bring candles and anything else to make it feel like a home. Go to the grocery and stock up. Even saving with soft drinks, juice, etc. will save tons of $$ We barbequed one night and it was great...nice to have a home cooked meal after so much eating out!

We have stayed at FW three times and NEVER regretted it. Now when it is just DH and I, we go more towards more services but with our extended family...the space and set up are great!

some downsides - one tv, one bathroom, one sink (in the bathroom).

Love the cabins, but you will probably find a better deal on 2 rooms at the all stars. Watch for codes on mousesavers.com!
