I have read several reviews of the cabins that state that mousekeeping was terrible and that in general the cabins were poorly maintained. We have never had any real issues with mousekeeping at any other WDW resorts, but now I'm concerned about the cabins. Could you please reassure me? Thanks.

The couple of times we've stayed in the cabins, the Mousekeeping was fantastic! The cabin was always spotless, towels were always replaced, beds made. They even did our dishes! And, they clean the grills every day too! :goodvibes

Perfect. We are so looking forward to this trip. Ok, well we look forward to every trip we make to WDW.:goodvibes

When my family went to the cabins the were really good. They even made the towel puppets and left my baby brothers stuffed animal in the window looking outside. It was really funny when you come back to see that.

In all of our stays at the cabins I've never noticed any difference between the great service you get at the other resorts. As other posters have mentioned, everything was always clean, towel animals, it's the same as pretty much any other resort, you have nothing to worry about! :)

We were just at the cabins in Feb. and the mousekeeping was excellent. On our first day the mousekeeper told me to call and let them know what time I'd like the cabin cleaned at each day since she saw that I had little ones that napped. And sure enough each day they had the cabin cleaned by the time I needed. They did a wonderful mousekeeping job and left the kids towel animals.

Thanks so much for the replies. We've stayed at Poly, POR, CR a couple of times and GF. We have read something bad about mousekeeping for each place and we've never had a real problem. Maybe a couple of highly fixable glitches, but nothing else. I've come to the conclusion that there are people out there with way higher expectations than mine. ;)

Being a deluxe kind of girl I was wary of the cabins. We stayed last March for a week and the mousekeeping was amazing! Our CM cleaned very well and even kept the kitchen tidy (when we rushed and left breakfast dishes she actually washed them and put them away :thumbsup2 ). She left towel animals on the windows and beds and things were lovely the entire time. The cabins are a great alternative to hotel rooms. I especially loved pulling right up to the cabin with your car, it made taking the bus system almost unnecessary. Have a wonderful time!
