cabin ?

Dear friends....

I need help, i booked today my cruise to Dec 09, but when i finished the deposit i didn t get my cabin number !! and it says that they are unable to confirm my dinning request (6:00). I know that i need to call tomorrow....although it is very expensive to us, but i just want to know f is it normal when we book on line !!?

During the process of booking did it give you the option of selecting your room number? Have you tried going back online and checking your reservation?

When I booked directly with DCL and selected my stateroom I was able to log on and check my reservation and it had the room number listed.

Let us know if you have tried this. Hopefully all is well.

thanks Tinkmon, the problem is that i was in a doubt if i book 3 or 4 days....so my reservation was in shop and compare and i didn t wrote the cabin number, i tried to book a new quote but cat 11 wasn t available so i get the reservation recorded and it didn t show the cabin number.
