Cabin ? - how is the water?

How does the water taste in the cabins? I remember the water tasting awful at a couple of the parks but don't remember which ones. Should I plan on us having to buy bottled water to drink in the cabin or does the water out of the tap taste ok?

I always take water with me. The water at the cabins tastes awful! I also cook with the water I bring. Tried to make spaghetti once with the tap water, the noodles were nasty! However, the water coming out of the shower head is wonderful and hot!

since we camp, we have the Pur system that's attatched to our sink. Dh also has a water filter for the hookup too.. I still buy a jug or two of water just in case.

the brita systems work just as well too :0)

I agree with mrsgus06. We always take gallons of water for drinking and cooking. The water in the cabins is nasty.

Water in the park is so expensive, part of our routine is to bring back the bottles that we used that day in the park and fill them up with water from one of the gallon jugs so we're ready with cold water for the next day.
