I don't think any of the cabin loops have comfort stations. You might try asking to be near the cabin pool, I think it would have bathroom facilities, or loop 2001 which backs up to a camping loop so you could use that comfort station(it may be crowded at times though).

The cabin loop 2100 is in between Loop 1100 and Loop 2000 which are both camping loops, however there is a canal between 2100 and 2000, so they would need to go to the 1100 loop to use the CS.

It also appears from the map there is a comfort station at the pool for the cabins. Loop 2500 is the closest to the pool.
