cabin #2128

Hi. We are booked in category 9 on the Magic (cabin #2128). Does anyone have any comments or information about this room? Do you think it is worth the extra money to upgrade to a Category 8 on deck 6?
I am a little concerned after reading the message boards that our cabin will be noisy. Any information or comments would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!

Can you get a room further forward on deck 2?

Just a thought and wouldn't cost you any more money.

We are in cabins 2016 & 2018 for a November 8th cruise and I can't wait.

emmak, We had cabin 2131 last fall. We had NO problems at all. There was some noise, but to me it sounded like rain falling, and that is my favorit sound to sleep to. We found the location to be very convenient to everything. It was nice to get up in the morning, hop on the elevator, and be at the bev. station for a cup of coffee. The only thing that seemed far away was the theater, but a stroll along deck 4 is always nice!

Thanks for the information. We chose that area because we thought it would be convenient, but I was having doubts after reading all the negative messages about deck 2 aft. You are the first one I have heard from that actually stayed near that cabin so you have put my mind at ease...I also love the sound of rain at night!!!! Thanks again, emmak

You are very welcome! By the way, our cabin hostess was wonderful, room service was fantastic, and we were close to the laundry room. We would get this room again in a minute. Later, Twinave
