Cabana price question

Hi all

We have just checked out HRH, yesterday we had a themed cabana (stevie wonder) but we had to move because the safe and phone didn't work. We moved to a non themed cabana ( number 9). When I queried the charge at check out I was told all cabanas that side are the same cost (213 inc tax)

Anyone know if this right as I thought only the themed cabanas were more expensive

I just made a reservation for cabana #10 (Stevie Wonder) for March. I was told all the cabanas located on the beachside were the same price. The outer cabanas were cheaper, but the are not very close to the pool..imo.

Hope they get the safe & phone fixed...I have my heart set on the fish!

just finished an email complaining about some of the issues we had during the 2 night stay

I'm sure Cabana 10 will be perfect by the time you get there

don't forget to check in mega early and take advantage of early access to Harry Potter the first day

Will do! Thank you. My kids (DD8, DS10 & DS10) are huge HP fans and can not wait!

Hope HRH took care of everything for you. Please let me know if you find out anymore cabana info.

i don't know if this policy is still in effect, but in the past, if you stayed club level, you could get a discount off the cabana cost.
