Cabana Bay Beach refund?

Hi!

We changed plans for our next trip so I cancelled our room only reservations for Cabana Bay Beach last monday.

I'm trying to find out when I'll get the refund of my deposit but I cannot find an e-mail adress to even ask the question (I can't make phone calls from work).

Anybody knows how long it can take and/or where I could write to get the info?

I cancelled mine July 15th and received the CC refund today.

It took a good week to get mine back too. I would give it until next week.

You should call the hotel and ask for the accounting department. Same thing happened the me(hard Rock) and I had to call and have them take care of it. It usually takes 3-5 days only. Check the website for the hotel direct #.

I finally found an e-mail adress and they told me they programmed a refund tuesday... So I guess it won't take too long.
