Cab from AKV to Poly?

I have a 7:30 breakfast ADR at Kona on our first morning. What time do I need to be downstairs and how/where do I request a cab?

to the right as you come out of the main entrance there is a bell hop desk. I would allow yourself a 1/2 hour

I agree, be in the cab moving at 7:00. Time to check in and look around the lobby, too.
