Cab Fare??

We have an ADR at the California Grill and are staying at the BC. I plan to wear a dress for dinner since we will be celebrating our anniversary. I really don't want to ride on a bus or the monorail in a dress. Can someone please tell me how much a cab should be from the BC to the Contemporary?

No, but there's a Taxi Fare Estimator link in the Popular Transportation links sticky thread near the top of this forum. That should help, or just go to Mears.com and find the same link yourself. Or figure no more than $20 plus tip, probably less.

OK, one more question. Do we just go to the concierge desk and ask them to call us a taxi? Or is there another way to do it?

Cab fare should be approx $14-$16 plus tip and take about 10 minutes (5.5 miles).

There may be cabs waiting at the entrance, if not the valet desk will call one for you and get it within minutes.

I took a cab from the CR to BWV and with tip it was $22. I didn't find the fare estimator to be accurate at all. I could have rented a car for the day for a little more from the Swan or Dolphin.

I think your driver took the long way..... Our trip BWV to CR was $13.

I don't know if size matters - but we had a van and luggage. I think the fare was 16. Plus the tip of 6.
