We'll be staying at Pop Century early December and would like to see the Christmas decorations at the various resorts. It sounds like the bus system is less than positive between resorts. What would the approximate cab fare be (for 4) from Pop to say the Grand Floridian or the Fort Wilderness Lodge (or other places that you might recommend that would be fon to take the kids to see). By the way are there any resorts that you would recommend we see this time of year? Thanks for all of your help. We're really looking forward to our trip.

Well. to answer your question, the cab fare to either of these resorts from PC will be about $12-$15. If you do it in one trip, the cab fare between the GF and WL will be less than $5

However, why not plan it as part of an MK day. Take the bus to MK. When its time fore a break, you can either take the boat or monorail to GF; or the boat or bus to WL.

ACtually, going to WL first is better because one of the busses from WL (the AK one I think) go to GF before heading to the park.

Ditto on the cab fare. We often cab at least one way from resort to resort for dinner, esp. if we are doing later or dressier dinners.

But, the MK resorts are the easiest to get to for looking around. You can take the bus to the MK & just ride the monorail from resort to resort (Contemporary, Polynesian & Grand Floridian) then end at MK & take the launch across the Lagoon to WL. When you are done, take a bus or boat back to whatever Park you want to go to, then home from there.
