Cab fare from POFQ to Universal and back

Has anyone ever done this? My sis and I will be at disney Nov 28 thru Dec 4th. We wanted to do one day at Universal (specifically Harry Potter, we're both big fans). We're flying in with no car. How much did it cost you (if you have done it)? Would mears transportation be a better idea? Did you have to pay cash (for cab and/mears)? Thanks in advance.

If there are only the two of you I would look into Mears Transportation. You may have to stop at other resorts and maybe Sea World as well.
