can I upgrade my caa 7 day hoppers to 10 hoppers when I get there? Also I was wondering is it cheaper to buy a 5 day hopper with non expiry and then upgrade to a ten day or do you pay a certain amount for non exipry every day? Thanks

check with your CAA TA. I believe they only sell certain day number tickets.

However, I believe you can upgrade any ticket at the gate (presuming CAA tickets are like others), by paying the difference at the gate (I don't know if you can get the CAA discount then).

Disney charges the most for one-day tickets - than the cost per day goes down incredibly. A 10-day ticket is incredible value. You can upgrade a 5-day to a 10-day for a set amount, and your TA should be able to give you a spreadsheet of the differences - or at least tell you the dollar differences.

The non-expiry option is expensive - but it's a great feature. Again, your TA should be able to tell you how much you pay for that option, and price out the differences for you.

On our last trip I had 3 five day nonhopper tickets that I got through airmiles. I wanted to upgrade them to 6 day nonhoppers. The front deck at POFQ told me that it would cost $75 because they were old tickets even though I had just got them. The CM said airmiles were probably giving out old stock. He said we had to pay the extra money from what those park hoppers would have cost to what the current price was plus the upgrade. I didn't do it.

Next day I went to the gate at EPCOT and that CM said she could add an extra day for $3 each while she was doing it she made a mistake that took a while and so said she would give us a discount and charged us $5 total.

So if one person said they can't do it make sure you ask around.

I had 7 day tickets from Airmiles. It cost me $6 to add an 8th day to all 3 passes. This was this past winter.
