CAA Tickets - Will Call

Hello Canadian friends,

I am posting this question for a friend. She has bought her park tickets at CAA. She bought the Canadian resident offer deal.

Her tickets are "will call". She's unsure how to link them now to her account. CAA agent told her she can't link them until she arrives. Well if that were true then she wouldn't be able to make fast passes so that doesn't seem right?

Anyone have experience with CAA and the Will call feature?

Edit to add that CAA linked the tickets for her. All is good.

I bought CAA tickets. I got a card for each of us, but they are not our "tickets". We still have to go to guest services. Anyway, I was able to use the number on the back (actually the bar code with the Apply MDE app) to add the tickets. I have my FPs and when we get there, our first stop will be to guest services to activate them.
