CA private entrance

Can you use the Grand Californian entrance to CA if you are staying at one of the other DL resorts hotels or just the GC guests only? Also if we are staying there and a local friend with an AP joins us can she walk in through there with us? Thanks in Advance!!

Not sure of the AP but we used it everyday but 1 on our stay at PP. We would even cut through that way to get to and from DL during the day.

I have heard the "official" policy is GC guests only for the power walk and soaring ride adventure, then official resort guests only until noon, then anyone with a ticket. of course that can change any time any CM ! If you have 1 guest for 3 or more resort guests I don't think they would hassel you.

When we stayed at the PP Hotel a few years ago, the hotel CMs actually told us to go through the GC to get to CA! And we were a few hotel guests plus some locals with APs and they didn't ask a single question -- so we could have been anyone (well, anyone with a valid ticket!).
