Hi... we're DVC members and will coming down in July with 4 teenagers. Trying to choose between Boardwalk and Beach Club villas ... any advice??? How are the pools at both???

BWV has a great pool with a fantastic water slide. The best slide on property IMHO. BCV has Storm along bay, the best pool on property. Picture a mini water park with sand bottom pool.

Both have a great location with plenty to do. You can not make a wrong choice.

I can help a little.

BCV has some 2 BR dedicated, in other words not lock offs.

BCV also has the toilet in a seperate room from the shower sink, so that helps if you have a larger group.

BWV 1 BR (and I would imagine 2BR) are larger by about 70 square feet over BCV.

I much preferred BWV master bath vanity.

BWV has Community Hall, which is great on rainlya fternoons, BCV has the breezeway and a room in the lobby, but not the same.

Ducklikte. I have been to the Boardwalk to walk around many times, but have never heard of Community Hall. Is this just for the people in the Villas? What does it have there?

Thanks

Glenn

Well, there are video games and board games. There is an afternoon activity everyday that is a small fee. There is a TV and usually a Disney Movie playing. That would be where you can rent bikes, or rent/borrow movies. Although it's open to anyone, some of the activities are free or reduced price for DVC members, but others have to pay, and there are a few that are not available to Non DVC'ers.
