BWV Studios...sleeping 5 adults

When will the BWV studios be available to book 5 people? We have a studio booked for January with 4 people currently staying and now my nephew wants to go along. I understand the refurb will allow for 5 people but are they not letting you book this, yet?

Unfortunately, I am renting points and when I contacted the place that I am renting from they told me 4 is the max. any suggestions? I want to ask her if she's for sure about this or if she can call and see if the refurb is done but I don't want a) be wrong or b) be pushy and be wrong.

The online system still restricts occupancy to 4. Unless the previous poster has specific experience with Member Services allowing an extra in that room, I don't think you can add anyone yet.

For those who may not know, the BWV studios have one queen bed and one DOUBLE size sleep sofa. After the refurb, they will also have piece of furniture that contains a pull down bed that will accomodate a child or small adult. IMO, five adults will be a tight fit.

That's completely different. The first infant never counts against occupancy.

No they said 4 adults and a child AND an infant so that would be 5 plus the infant-that seems like a REALLY tight fit to me

IMHO, that is going to be a seriously tight fit. I would do 2 Value Resort rooms before I attempted this.

Is it the Pool/Garden preferred view? That has allowed 5 people for awhile.

I booked 5 into a studio at WLV a last year for our June visit this year. They had just finished the rehab...no issues

Good Luck!!!! That sounds like an absolute nightmare to me. I agree I would go to 2 Value rooms before I would shoehorn all those folks in 1 studio.

Thanks! It's amazing how many people have offered this unsolicited advice (4ish). I have that many people on my reservation for a reason. I was just letting the OP know it can be done. (I agree, seems kinda crazy to stuff that many people into a room, though...)

Does anyone know if the refurb will be finished by late March? Can I assume that every BWV studio will sleep five? A son will be on spring break there and in case he winds up with us it would be helpful. Thanks.

OP not only would it be a tight fit, but a bit crazy in the morning with 5 adults and 1 bathroom in a studio! If you are intent on a studio I would try for VGF or the Poly where you at least have the two bath rooms and a bit larger room size.
