BWV Studios - Paper Dishes?

I remember the studios at BWV having paper bowls and plates. Is that still true? Do they have any metal flatware or ceramic glasses/mugs?

Summer 2008 DD and friends had studio at BWV and I remember 2 mugs and 2 glasses, everything else was paper and plastic utensils.

Since there are paper dishes, is there dish soap provided or would we need to bring some? We'll have sippy cups from home to wash up at night. I know they had it in the villas with full kitchens, but wasn't sure about studio units...

A small bottle of dish soap is provided. By the way, the paper bowls & plates are true for all DVC studios, not just BWV.

We are at SSR now, there was only 4 paper plates, 4 paper bowls, 4 packages of plastic silverware, 4 glasses, 4 mugs.
Good think we are not eating much in the room, as there are 3 of us. but we are having cereal for breakfast, so we will be using the glasses for that.

Just call mousekeeping and ask for more! There were 3 of us just there at the BWV and the first day we all had oatmeal in the bowls. I had forgotten to bring the stack that I had left from the summer. We just called and they brought us more

We always bring some cheap gladware type bowls from the dollar store, then just throw them away before we come home.

I packed up some extra plasticware & paper plates in our Owners Locker along with a few plastic microwavable bowls with lids. There is a list (often on the inside of the cabinet door under the sink) which says what supplies are to be provided in a studio. It specifically says 4 each (1 pp) of the silverware, bowls & paper plates. I would not count on being able to just call and ask for more every day. They are not obligated to provide more on a day by day basis. I believe they expect you to provide your own beyond the first day / meal and that is how our dues are based. But yes, they DO provide a tiny bottle of Palmolive & a sponge & dish towel. I sometimes re-wash the silverware along with the coffee cups & glasses & coffee pot.
