Can anyone recommed a specific studio at BWV? Going down for a 3 day meeting with a GF in Dec at the Swan. Thought I would try to use pts and stay at the BW. Any tips or good Rm # suggestions?

Most here advise against requesting a specific room - if it's not available on the day you check in, the room assigner has no idea what it is you really want. Better to request more general things such as close (or not) to the elevators, Luna Park view, upper floor, etc. List your requests in the order of importance to you. Most list their smoking preference first.

Do you have a preferred -Boardwalk view, a preferred Pool/Garden view or a standard view booked? Or are you booked for cash? We can give you more specific suggestions if you let us know what you have booked.

Best wishes -

P.S. FWIW, December is tough to get for points at the BWV if you don't call early in the booking window. This coming December already has waitlists for many nights. If you haven't reserved yet, try to do it as soon as possible in case you have to use the waitlist for some or all of your nights. Good luck!

I would just ask to be closest to the Board Walk (Lobbly). I think the walk can be a little long. All the rooms are pretty nice. The rooms that have a view of the drive in entrence (the front of the hotel) have great views of illuminations (above the 2nd floor).

::yes::

Not sure what you would prefer, but I would suggest asking for a BW view if they have any left. Those come guaranteed now, so the only other preference I would say is high floor...its nice to see the fireworks ;)

Carol has a point about December though, there may be little to no availability. It's best to call and check. Good luck! ;)

We had booked a Pool/Garden view room and requested Village Green View (overlooking Crescent Lake, part of the Boardwalk and Epcot in the background) top floor, non smoking and we got every request- I made the ressie for a studio about 4 months before the trip which was Easter week. Our room # was 5065 and it was the nicest view we've ever had in any DVC or Disney trip- (this was our 5th DVC trip and 7th Disney trip.) I posted a Photoshow with views from this room and also of this room. Good luck!
