BWV Room Rehab

Does anyone know if BWV started the room rehabs? If so has anyone been or seen what they look like?

Yes they have and it's reported that it's a hard rehab. Keep scanning the board, I saw pictures a couple of days ago.

We just came home from BWV yesterday and they were doing rehab on the rooms right across from my SIL's room - She stayed in room 2100, but the rooms in the hallway behind the pool slide had the scaffolding up and they were painting the outside. Not sure about what they are doing to the inside rooms but they were also painting the hallway white in the 1000's near the Quiet pool area.

It did seem though that the exterior areas and hallways were in need of new carpet and there were lots of "dings" on the doors and trim. Normally I wouldn't notice such a thing but being on these boards makes me take notice.

We were there Jun 7th-14th. They put on new roofs and were working on the siding bhind the clown pool w/ scafolding. From our floor and 2br, I saw no internal rehab but I understand others have mentioned paint and carpet.

Soft rehab would be things like drapes and comforters, while hard rehab means appliances, furniture, lighting fixtures/lamps, etc.. They are definitely replacing the appliances, but just refinishing/reupholstering the furniture.

We're staying in a BW Grand Villa the week after Thanksgiving. Does anyone know when the GV's are slated to be rehabed?

The entire rehab is reported to be finished by Jan. If that helps. I think I read that they are presently working on the standard rooms first.
