BWV question

I really should know this, but I can't remember. I am trying to request the same studio I had last year at the BWV for my trip this November and I know it was on the lobby floor. Can anyone tell me what floor the lobby of the Boardwalk is on? If I can find this out, I can get the room number. I know I can always count on the Dis Boards for help.

Requesting a specific room is not recommended because if the room is not available the room assigner won't know why you asked for that particular room and you could end up anywhere in the resort. Instead of requesting a specific room number it's better to request second floor and why you want that particular room (e.g. near lobby, facing pool, overlooking the boardwalk or whatever reason you want that room.) On another post you mentioned you will be checking in on Nov 5 which overlaps with the Wine and Dine Half Marathon Weekend so the Epcot resorts will be fully booked so you have to hope that someone will be checking out of the specific room you want on Nov 5.

Thanks for that info. I will be checking into the Inn side on Nov 4 and the villas on the 5th for the remaining 6 nights and I really loved the view and location from the studio I had last year. I'll try requesting close to lobby with boardwalk / courtyard view. I see that all the Epcot resorts are booked for that week, I'm trying to get my sister into one of the resorts for that week and I check everyday for availability, but so far no luck. Again, thanks for the help.
