Bwv pool/garden view or boardwalk viewHA room

Able to book either view!!! We need a HA 2 bedroom and was surprised to see as of now a Boardwalk view is available! Are the HA rooms in a decent location?. How loud are these rooms?

This one I can kind of help with - at least the Boardwalk view HA. Those HA rooms are in the first part of the Boardwalk view area closest to the elevator. But that doesn't mean right by the elevator since that's a section back towards the lobby. We always were on the 2nd floor which is the lobby level. I don't know if there is another set on the 3rd floor or not. It's above the Screen Door and yes you can hear noise coming from the Boardwalk area. I also heard noise from people leaving Jelly Rolls after closing and from maintenance workers pushing carts along the boardwalk early in the mornings.

Oh - and the balconies there are solid walls so you need to stand to see the boardwalk. It makes little sense for an HA room but Disney seems to have overlooked details like that when it comes to that category of room.

However, with all that being said we were pleased with the room and I'd be happy to stay there again if we ever needed an HA room again.

We have stayed in an accessible studio, Pool view and it was very noisy in the afternoons with the kids pool activities. Apart from that it was fine.

No, it was room 5048 with a view over Luna pool and TOT in the distance.
