I'm not 100% positive, but I think they all DO have a patio or balcony. We had a handicapped room the first night (before asking to move) and the balcony there was much bigger than the one we had in the regular room. They aren't TINY, but only room for two chairs and a small table.
By the way..the handicapped room seemed a little larger. However, it did not have a sink outside the bathroom (except for the small kitchenette sink) or any bathroom counter space other than two SMALL shelves next to the sink IN the bathroom. There was no tub -- just a shower. We switched because the kids needed a tub. But, if it were just me and my husband, I think I would have stayed cuz of the little bit of extra room and the larger balcony. (It was room 528).
