Board Walk Villas or Beach Club Villas??

Which is best for March with one 10 yr old and one 16 yr old?

As far as the rooms go, there is not much of a noticeable difference between BCV and BWV.

However, if you are interested in the pool - defintely BCV. The "quiet pool" isn't any different, but Stormalong Bay is great.

Also, Beaches N' Cream is a great place to get burgers and the best milkshakes ever.

We love Beach Club Villas!!!! And Stormalong Bay is the best "pool" on property. The BCV are also a bit closer to the International Gateway at Epcot.

I agree. BCV has an awesome pool and the closeness to Epcot is fabulous! (Although the BW isn't that much farther!) My DD (12) loved the afternoon pool games. You will still be able to walk over to the BW and enjoy the nighttime entertainment.

Both are great. I give BCV the slight edge because:

The lighter colors they use in the decor makes the rooms feel bigger (even though they aren't);

Its slightly closer to the International Gateway entrance to Epcot;

You can use Stormalong Bay;

There is less foot traffic around the hotel.

It all depends what type of atmosphere you are looking for.

If you want a quiet, beach like atmoshphere and will be swimming alot the BCV is where you want to be.

If you like the more of a lively atmoshphere the BWV is the place to be.

I stayed at the BCV once night and it was toooooo quiet for me. I stayed there so we could check out SAB (AWESOME) but we didn't end up swimming in it due to the weather and time constraints.

1st stay at the BWV was in a boardwalk view 1 bedroom. I just loved going on the patio and watching the boardwalk and boats come in.

If you do choose the BCV, you can still enjoy the Boardwalk too. Its only a boat ride or short walk away!!

I've got to go against the majority and vote for BWV. We originally bought BWV and did an add on at BCV so the GC could use SAB.

Guess what!! They like Boardwalk. At 8, 13 and 15 they were getting old enough that SAB got boring pretty fast. They preferred the activity at the BWV.
