BWV (not DVC member) what conf # do I need to make ADRs

We just got confirmation through II for our Disney trip in Jan 09 We're going to be staying at the BWV from Jan 24th - Jan 31st. I know the 180 day mark is coming up and I want to be ready to make our ADR's asap ~ is there any specific conf # I will need to prove we're staying there or will they have it by name?

Anything else I should be doing right now?

I made our adr's a month ago for our Nov trip, we're staying DVC on MIL's points, and all I gave them was our home phone number and the resort we're staying at. Didn't need the reservation # at all.

You will only need a resort confirmation number if you're booking using the 180 plus ten.
