I am looking to buy points for one bedroom or studio at the Boardwalk Villas August 6 with check out August 11. I am new to the board and not sure how many points or what the cost. I am looking to all of you experts for help. I enjoy reading the boards. thank you in advance

There is a link at the top of the Forum for the DVC Point Charts - you can use those to see how many points you would need. Cost will probably be $9 - $12 per point. Actual cost will depend on who who you choose to work with and what they charge.

The number of points needed will depend on whether you want a standard view or a preferred view (see chart). Since it is less than 7 months from arrival, it is very likely that the standard view rooms are already sold out for your dates, but you never know until you call what the availability will be.
