BWV Grand Villa view?

Can you tell me if all the GV are a view of the BW only or are there other views as well? We're looking at staying in the GV for a family trip with my brothers family. Although he has been to WDW a number of times, he has never been to the BW area. I would like to have a BW view, but not sure what the view selection is.

All seven GVs at BWV have BW Views.
They are located in the areas above the Screen Door Store and Big River Grille.

There are 5 one story GV's and 2 two story GV's. The 2 two story are on the 5th floor under the boardwalk sign.
