BWV direct availibility

Has anyone purchased BWV direct lately? I'm wondering what the wait may be for a 100 pt contract. I think I've decided to get a 100ish point resale contract and then a 100 pt direct contract. Thanks!

I think the best way to get that answered is to talk to a guide.

My guess is that with COVID-19 and all I think DVC have plenty of availability so the wait won’t be long.

Have in mind that DVC can change the UY of points they already have so its a lot easier to fulfill a request than it was years ago.

Thanks for the reply. I want to purchase a resale contract first, so not looking to purchase direct for at least 6 months. I was just trying to get an idea if the wait time is months or more like years. Why do you think there's a lot of availability due to COVID? It's my understanding that Disney hasn't been exercising ROFR the past few months due to it.

+1 to calling a guide. They’re pretty chill in my experience so far and if you tell them you’re just gathering knowledge and it will be a while until you’re ready to buy they’ll just answer your questions and occasionally send you a follow up email.

Wondering if the incentive price would also allow for the addon offer that's currently being offered. I know I should just call but I'm only kicking the idea around...not sure I really need any additional points...thanks in advance.
