Bwv Corner Rooms

Can anyone tell me if there is a room #4123? I've read posts that talk about the "corner" standard rooms - specifically referring to #3123, and I'm wondering if there is a 4123 as I know there is work on the 2nd and 3rd floors going on, we are trying to avoid being on those floors for our upcoming trip. Also, how far from the elevators are these rooms? Thanks!

Yes, there is a room 4123. It is one of the farthest rooms from the elevator possible. Only rooms x124 - x136 are farther away. The good news is that there is a stairwell directly across from 4123 that leads directly outdoors and it would be a short walk to the bus station and parking lot.

The view will be of the entrance drive, bus station, and the pond.

2123, 3123 & 4123 are all on the corner above the pond. 2123 is a smoking optional. There is no 1123 that I know of, there is an outside entrance door below 2123 that leads out to the front driveway. See this picture, it's the yellow area:

Just so you don't get your hopes up, these rooms are hard to get. I requested 3123 or 4123 last April, we got 3002 way on the other end of the resort.

FYI, 1123 is a studio. It faces the valet lot.

It is probably below where the bedroom is in 2123, 3123, 4123 (which are all dedicated 1 bedrooms). When we stayed in 3123, the bedroom was actually in the red part (on the left side of the picture), the living room & kitchen were in the yellow. The exit door on the first floor is below the living room of 2123.

Thanks everyone. We are going to request 4123 that's if our waitlist comes through! So this is really a stretch to hope for, but hoping I am!

Although getting any of the corner rooms is a long-shot, there is a slight advantage to having 3123 instead of 4123. The balcony on 4123 protects the entire balcony on 3123 from the rain, whereas the balcony on 4123 only has awnings over the doors. So if the impossible happens and both 3123 and 4123 are available, choose 3123!

By pure luck, we were in 3123 last April 2004. WHAT A ROOM! Coincidentally, my in-laws come up for a visit and they were so impressed! The walk from the elevators wasn't the best, but the stairs are right there and we used them a lot.

Never knew about this room, didn't request it, and the CM checking us in commented how how lucky we were to get the room and how we were going to love it.

I had that room in 12/2003 and didn't request it either, it was just luck! It wasn't ready when we checked in and I asked where approximately it was located and they said the end of the hall. I then asked if they had something closer, like across from the bus stop, they said no, they are full. Another cm came over and said "that's a very nice room". I thought she was just saying that but when we walked in I knew it was true!

I requested it again when I went with friends last April, there were 4 of us and I thought the extra room would be great. We ended up in 3002, all the way down by Jellyrolls!

What exactly are the differences between a corner room and a standard room. Also, I assume we are talking about 1 bedrooms?
