Not to start an argument, but have stayed at BWV (twice a year) since it opened in 1996. Personally I don't think the bus service is all that bad. Now my point of view may be skewed because I live in a major U.S. city with a huge mass transportation sysytem. If you're from a city with a major bus service the service at the BW is not bad. If you expect a bus to be at your beck and call, rent a car, otherwise chill out, relax you're on vacation the parks will still be there when you get there. Remember it's a free service not a limo.

What I'm comparing it to is the level of bus service at other Disney resorts. And compared to those other resorts it has seemed terrible.
I was here last year at the exact same two week period and was staying at SSR and AKV and the bus service to both those resorts was way, way better.
I'd agree with BWV busses are just bad..
This summer (July) we got to the bus stop at the end of the CM's bus monitoring shift. After 10 mins he was leaving and I asked how long til the next MK bus, he said 10 minutes.....no bus at all showed up for the next 20 minutes ...
Plus I never experienced a crowd at the MK bus stop to a resort as under served as the BW busses. (I wrote to member satisfaction while i was waiting for 3 rows of BW guests when every other stop had 10 or fewer guests....it obviously didnt do the OP any good).
plus you always feel 2nd class having to stop at a non-Disney resort.
Sometimes. In my experience, the buses stop at all 5 resorts during mid-day when fewer people are traveling. During "rush hours", the YC & BC/ BCV have their own route and the BWV Swan & Dolphin have their own route. We stayed at BWV in March, but we did not use the buses. We loved walking to Epcot and HS. We had a rental car to get to AK and MK.
I'm not trying to to hijack this thread, but I am trying to figure out if BC is still a part of the BWV bus route. We are hoping to stay there sometime in late June or July at some point in the next year or two. We usually stay at AK-Kidani, and have been spoiled by the bus service at that resort.
Is BC/YC still a part of the BWV bus circuit?![]()

I found the ppl on the bus to be very rude. I have 2 small twins and we found usually only women gave up a seat for them (they fit in 1 seat together) and yes they were always packed. It was very tiresome.
...Worst bus service, worst parking, legendary long hallways, scary clown pool and it's still everybody's preferred place to stay.![]()
Not everyone's preferred place to stay. Last place for me.
