I tried to book December 11 - 17 2025 this a.m.....I got on before 8:00 to view availability.....Question is, how is it possible that 12/11 is not available before 8 a.m.???

People are walking reservations to get their desired Christmas/New Years dates

It doesn't even require walking - could just be people with reservations made earlier that extend to or beyond 12/11.

If it is the walkers, you should continue to monitor daily to see if the days return. If it's people with actual reservations, you're probably going to need alternate arrangements than that particular room. That's a very popular time of year and resort.

If you have no one checking out on the 11th, then it is gone.

As stated, it could be for a variety of reasons.
