I can't wait to make my reservations but I want all the facts. From reading everything on this board this is what I think I would like to request (no guarantees, I know).

Studio Plus ( 3 yr.old DN) standard view (but would like to be in a preferred view without spending the points), Floors four or five, somewhat close to the elevators and a view of the promenade.

Which standard view studio is the closest to my wish list?

The standard view rooms are along the driveway at BWV and around to across from the tennis courts. By "promenade" do you mean the Boardwalk itself? Those would be preferred view.

For standard view, if you want a room close to the elevators, you will be above the valet parking entrance area. Midway down the hall would be across from the bus stop. Farther down the hall would be above the pond and across from the tennis courts. We had a 1 bedroom last week midway down the hall on the 4th floor (the 5th floor does not go that far) across from the bus stop (room 4103). We had a great view of the fireworks from Illuminations and could even hear the music. I would request it again. The studios are spread out on the floor, so just request the floor/area you want.

I think I remember asking once for a studio plus, in a standard view, and I was told all the studio plusses are preferred view. I know for a fact there are very few of them, because they aren't connected to a one bedroom for a lock off, as the "plus" daybed, (which is every small by the way, and don't expect to put anyone bigger than a 6 year old on it) is where the door would be into the 1 bedroom, to make a 2 bedroom.

Always wanting to spread our points further(okay, we are cheapskates), we always take the standard view studio, and we have always have the studio plus. have never requested it, just the luckof the draw. With my luck, if I did request it I am sure I wold not get it!

Anyways, just to let you know the standard studio plus does exist.
