BWV 1BR Standard Views at 7 Months

What does anybody think the chances would be at 7 months in late May-early June? Since my son takes a friend, I'm just trying to squeeze an extra night's stay for next summer.

I have had a lot of trouble getting BWV 1BR standard at 7 months in late January, several years running. (Studios are more likely, but even then, we've been forced to take preferred most of the time.) My understanding is that May and June are significantly more popular than January.

This is probably a tough one. The standard views at the BWV go fast at the 11 month window. Can't hurt to give it a shot though, or get onto a waitlist. You never know....

We booked a SV 1B for the first week of May '05 and had no problems. I called right at 7 months with the intention of booking day-by-day. I was told that there were "plenty of rooms", and ended up just calling back one more time to book the remaining 4 nights. No problems.

Late May would be different, particularly with school getting out and Memorial Day weekend. But there is hope...

It's possible, just not probable.

All you can do is try and use the waitlist as necessary. Late May/early June is a lot more probable than many other times of the year. SOmetime you are lucky!
