BWV 1-bedroom question

I have been reading conflicting about how many adults can sleep in a 1 bedroom. My parents have a 1-bedroom booked with my brother and my grandmother. I read somewhere that there is a pull out couch and a pull out chair in the living room. Is this the case? TIA!!!

A BWV one bedroom only has four sleeping spaces. A king sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. It is too small to add a sleeper chair and I doubt fire codes would allow the extra body in the room anyway - not enough exits, wide enough corridors, etc.
