BWI to MK by Monorail

I've been at very crowded times where monos were packed like sardines and never once was I asked to fold mine.

I wouldn't count on them not verifying your ADR.

We're going the same week you are, and have in the past, and they always had a check list of people's names with early ADRs.

When you go through the IG, you are stopped by a rope in FW. I can't see how you would get through until after the official rope drop.

ETA: At the IG last summer, they had a list of breakfast reservations. They were matching reservations with people.

I would suggest you buy a smaller stroller that you can fold.

Not every cm follows the policy the monorails are meant to provide a safe transportation not fast. So to Disney they don't care how long it takes as long as you are safe. They already for in trouble for putting speed before safety it coast them a cms life. So now they have to make sure they rub the monorails safe. If a cm ask you to fold it you should it called respect and since Disney private property they don't have to let you ride the monorail. And if you can't or refuse to follow the cms directions you should expect to be escorted off Disney property for the safety of other guests around you and the cms and your self.

Plus if parents would fold them before the monorail got their it be the same amount of time to board as unfolded. people just don't like following rules and think since their in Disney they can do what they want.

The reason that the bus drivers do it is because it a law to have you fold it and they don't want to get a ticket or their cdl license be in jeopardy.
