BWI or CR ???

I currently have reservations for BWI deluxe room in Nov. We stayed CR tower club 2 years ago, and DH wants to go back there now that he has seen the refurb'd room photos.

I really want to try someplace new, but am mildly impressed with the thought of redecorated rooms and new beds.

I also really want to stay full concierge, but I think I recall that CR 14th floor rooms do not accomodate 5 people.

Any opinions to help would be appreciated!

Can't comment on the CR 14th floor but the BWI is AWESOME!! We are staying deluxe concierge for the first time in November. The planning staff is wonderful-they already have all my requests and have an itenerary for me. You can't beat them. The ambience of the Boardwalk is beautiful. We had a water view room in 02 and it was so neat to be in the middle of everything. It was also neat to see everything lit up at night. Again, I am sure the CR is nice as well, but for us it is the Boardwalk. We stayed at WL in 04 and I was homesick. Don't think we will try any others!

The rooms have not be done yet, so I would not base it on that!

has BWI concierge contacted you-or did you make first contact? We are planning for Oct31, and have not heard from them.

ever thought about a split stay? do epcot and mgm when you stay at bwi and mk and ak when you stay at cr. we are doing that in october, although we are staying yc and cr.

chi-mom-I acutally made the first contact back in November. KerryCM is an expert for this resort and suggested I contact them. Alana is AWESOME. I have also worked with Amy and she is very nice too. Even the things we are doing that don't require tickets she has included on my itinerary just so we have a "feel" for a set schedule. I started by emailing, then called to give them my credit card number. They have gotten my Christmas Party tickets and LTT for me so far and have down in pending what needs to be set.

I agree with susy, don't base any of your decisions on the CR rooms being done, because they prob. won't be.

We were told this past week that the CR tower rooms were supposed to be done by September...at least the concierge rooms would be. We asked a CM at the front desk so I guess the info would be correct but you never know, so don't base your choice on it

We plan on doing CR 14th floor this August so I can't really give an opinion on it as of yet, but I can tell you that BWI in marvelous...especially if you get a water view
