BWI or BC HA rooms - king bed only?

Are there rooms at BWI or BC that are HA and can accomodate a family of four? I know at some of the other resorts there are only king rooms with roll-in showers, so they need two connecting rooms. Just wondering if that is the case at these resorts.

If you need an accessible room and there are four people in the family they will make sure that you are set up for the correct room type. If they find it necessary to put you in two (connecting) rooms it will not state that on the confirmation.

I need an accessible room and they have a king bed in a room for me and then if I don't end up in a suite, they have another room connecting to mine with another bed for my DS. My husband sleeps in the room with my son to make sure he stays put. I get the kind bed all to myself

Just tell them what you need and they will be sure you get the accommodations you have to have. Be sure you speak with someone in Special Needs as they can put a block on certain rooms to make sure you are accommodated at check in.

Since you asked specifically about BWI and BC- they have fully accessible, roll in shower rooms that accomodate four. Since the rooms are larger there is no need for only a king bed. We've stayed several times in a room that had two beds at both those resorts as well as YC. No worries!---Kathy

That's the same kind of situation. I am trying to help a friend plan a trip and I knew this was the place to find out! I called Disney but didn't get a clear answer.
