Just wanted to let you know that AirTran's rates came down to $138 round-trip from BWI to Orlando for JANUARY flights. This is non-stop, and the price with taxes and fees came to $166.50 each.
I was getting nervous about January travel because all of the carriers are only going out to the end of the year, and Southwest only goes to early January (we're departing 1/17/03).
Of course, Southwest will probably extend its schedule next week and offer friends fly free or something great...and then Delta will follow with something equally as cheap, but I'm OK with getting this booked. I was hoping for something in the $100 price range, but I decided I was being too optimistic. Non-stop is a big deal to us.
