I wish they had switched coffees instead. Maybe the new person will bring Kona with her/him? Thanks for the info.

I guess it was easier to switch the GM's than switch the resorts.

Yes that would be a definite improvement.

is it typical for something of this nature to occur at WDW? seems odd, unless its something planned ahead of time for diversity

All the time. They move GM's around quite often at Disney. Usually it is not a direct exchange though of one resort to another such as this was.

Plus, they moved DJ over to All Stars to help bring "Old Style Disney Quality and Service" over there...so they do move folks around for a variety of reasons.

DJ was originally scheduled to return to BWV this fall, then it was changed to Jan. 28. Does this mean he is not returning to BWV at all?

A change in GMs would not necessarily affect him.

True. It wouldn't make sense to change over all leadership at the same time.
