What does "Official Walt Disney Hotel" mean? Can you participate in Early Entry?

Staying in a WDW resort entitles you to early entry which is now Early Magic Hour. This is a link to deb's page about WDW resorts. Not sure if it is what you are looking for but I thought I'd post it just in case. It lists the resorts owned and operated by Disney and breaks them down by category.
