BW GV questions...

This will be our first time staying in a GV at the BW and I have a couple of questions.

At check-in, can we request either a 2-story villa or single floor villa? Because I do not know how often the GV are booked, do you know if it is possible to enter the villa in the am, if avaiable? Or do you believe that 4:30 check-in would still be the norm?

I would add your request to your reservation, check-in might be too late. Since they are usually 100% occupied and there are only 7 of them, you may not get a choice. I doubt it would be ready in the am, unless for some reason it was empty the night before.

We stayed in one Xmas week, I requested that we not have a two story and they obliged. We checked in12/27 and our room was ready when we arrived at 4:30, BLT one bedroom wasn't ready in March until 6:30PM. Sorry for the vent. You will love, love, love the GV have a magical trip.

Agreeing with DebbieB's comments above. If you have a request add it to your reservation as check-in will likely be too late. The earliest we have gotten into our BW GV was 3:00 with 4:00-4:30 being the norm.

Rooms are assigned anywhere from 24 hours to 10 days before your arrival. You will improve your chances of getting your request by adding it to your reservation.
