BW/Epcot food carts

We'll be at WDW from Dec.29-Jan 4 and were wondering if the food carts-like the crepe cart at the BW and the Guinness stand in England are open during the cooler months- will be open? I remember that the crepe cart was open in July only in the evening/nighttime. My DD was very disappointed that it was closed the afternoon we visited the BW. Any info will help for planning purposes!

I do not think the Guinness stand in UK is open during the day but I am not sure, but I know the stands on the Boardwalk are not open during the day no matter what time of year you go. The only boardwalk stand open during the day is the hot dog stand and the pizza window everything else opens at around dusk.

We have been in December many times and most of the carts are open, I have found the only ones that tend to close are the ones that have duplicate offerings. The crepe cart in EPCOT's France is my all time favorite!
