BW Bakery Lunch/ Dinner question

Since we're not going to get to the BW until probably close to 8 the day we arrive, we want to grab something quick at the resort. I know there aren't many options beyond the BW bakery where we could grab something quick and use our DP credits, but I looked at the menu on all ears, and it seems fine to me. I'm just curious how they do their sandwiches/salads. Are they pre-made, or is it kind of like Panera where you order and then they make them. Also, for dessert, can you get a breakfast pastry, or does it have to be something like a cookie or cupcake? It would be great if we could get our breakfast for the morning without having to use our snack credits.

Everything is premade and when it is gone it is gone

They can run out of items but at 8 there shold be some sandwiches left

They must replace them throughout the day because I remember seeing salads for sure in the coolers when we went late one night to grab pastries for the next morning. Thanks for the heads up on what to expect.
Anyone have any clues about the dessert that you can get with the CS credit there?
