BUZZ's Brigade - TEAM CHALLENGE - POST MILES/HOURS HERE

I am officially the weakest link here I think. :( Another zero week. I even skipped the 5k on Sunday so I could sleep. I start school next week. It's one class, PE (powerwalking/jogging), so can I count what i do in class assuming there's actually walking/jogging involved?

Was waiting until tonight to report, since I'd planned to run after work today. Fought a migraine all day at work, and got home and decided it just wasn't worth it. DH called and asked me to run errands with him and go to dinner, so thought that sounded better than pounding the pavement. Dinner finally got rid of the headache too!

I get to double my half - so put me down for 26.2 miles.

It took me 3:25 to do it, do we double the time too?
 
ok, im not sure when to stop, so i'll give 2 numbers...
ending Thursday (so Friday - Thursday)
5.15 miles, 83:21 'running' (ha) + 45:00 mins elliptical/strength training

ending Friday (so Saturday - Friday)
7.98 miles, 125:49 mins + 45:00 elliptical/strength

when is the official 'end day' of the week?

Pretty slow week for me. I need to warn you that most of my weeks will be pretty slow until after summer.

Running: 13 miles (ungodly hot)
Bike: 6 miles
Cross train: 95 minutes

I've been really thinking about going for the ToT 13K. I'm already going to be down there at that time. If anything, it's good Disney race experience, right? ;)
 
I have everyone beat as far as being a slacker. I am two weeks behind.

Now that i have finished my Symvisc shots on my knees I will be increasing my stats.

Sorry I have gotten so far behind on posting my Miles & Minutes. :worried: They haven't been very good (been a little busy spending every free minute I can with my grandson ::yes:: ), but here they are....3 weeks worth. (Sorry Chris)

Updated till here. As for me I did 24 miles last week. Which was a nice cut back and I only ran once in Charlotte and on a treadmill at that. So I had 4 days in there and only ran 1 of them. :)
