Buzz opening early?

Someone on this site said that Buzz will be completed ahead of schedule and will be opening early?!?!?!?!? Is this true and does anyone know what the date is that they are saying it will happen? we are going 1/21-1/28 and i am thinking warm and sunny

It's supposed to be closed:
January 4 through Wednesday, February 8, 2006.

I haven't heard of it opening early, but I hope so!

They won't know if it's opening "early" until the slated work is complete. If it goes faster/easier than expected, it can open early. If it goes as planned, it'll open as scheduled. If they hit a snag ... you get the idea. Just as any project at any location, the schedule is simply a best estimate. You can hope all you want, but it won't change reality.

Thanls so much for the "reality" check. We obviously are quite delusional

I want to thank mmiller, because now I will keep my eyes open to see if it does open early. It doesn't hurt to be prepared or to hope.

I too hope that it opens early! I love Buzz and it will be closed half of our trip, which was really bumming me out, but now I have hope. I should look on the bright side, I will get to ride it no matter what!
