Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin?

I was just wondering how many people fit in a car on Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin? Also is there an age or height restriction?

Two per car since there are two ray guns. I suppose that a small child could fit in with two adults, but one will not be able to shoot.

Can 1 1/2 year olds ride? Our party will consist of 2 adults, an 8 yo, a 3 yo , & 1 1/2 yo. Could I ride with the two little ones & hubby ride with 8 yo?

Last trip we had DH, myself, DS age 3 and DD not quite 1 in one car. Hubby and I each helped a little one shoot and one of us controlled the spin, when DS did the spin we got a bit sea-sick!
